I hear people say health care is a right and education including college is a right, but if my government fixes every broken person, there's no incentive to stop making these defective people that can't learn and use up all the health care. If Volkswagon made broken cars and we had to buy them good or bad, they would keep making junk cars that polluted the environment and they would tell us they are fine and that even the bad cars have a right to be on the roads. If someone is really sick, isn't it best to just put them out of their misery and not prolong their suffering with medicine? If a person contributes nothing to society we should let them go. Did FDR really need four terms in office? Did Beethoven really do anything worthwhile after the 5th? Wouldn't it be better to come up with some kind of mercy pod disintegration chamber?
There's a whole segment of society devoted to taking care of old sick people and animals that could do something useful if we would just get rid of the detritus. Imagine what we could do if these people had real jobs like banker or actor or tanning booth operator? Then we could concentrate on getting rid of the ugly and obese.
Life is like a box of chocolates. It ends sooner for fat people.
